Italian media reports say Juventus are patient and calm about the situation with Adrien Rabiot, who has yet to agree a new contract.
The 29-year-old midfielder’s contract with Juventus is officially due to expire on July 1, and despite reports of talks over a new deal, there has been no response or agreement from the player to date.UFABET
Gazzetta dello Sport recently revealed that although the situation is likely to drag on beyond June 30, the last day on which both parties have a legally binding contract, Juve are still giving Rabiot plenty of time.
The report goes on to say that the Bianconeri will not set a deadline or force Rabiot to make an immediate decision, fearing that it could upset the Frenchman.
Although AC Milan are now ready to make a move for him on a free transfer, Italian media outlets are still suggesting Juve are favourites to reach an agreement with Rabiot.
The 29-year-old is currently playing for the French national team at Euro 2024, and his agent and mother will be responsible for all matters relating to his contract extension.
For Rabiot, he has been in impressive form for Juventus this season, scoring 11 goals and providing four assists, and is in contention to lead the team to the UEFA Europa League title.
